Alternate Memento Title Sequence

One of our projects at university is to recreate the title sequence to an existing film. The title must be different from the original but keep in the style and spirit of the film. I decided to do Memento as it's one of my favourite films and one I thought deserved a better, more unique title sequence:

I love the moody way films look sometimes and I wanted to recreate that in a photograph so it looks like a still from a film.

I followed a tutorial to start with then tried messing about with settings myself until I got the look I was looking for.

Here's a piece I did last year for an Illustration project at university. We had to organise a collection into an interesting way so I decided to arrange my collection of train tickets into a canvas to draw on. I fittingly drew a famous scene from Trainsoptting.
